General

This Platform is owned by Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC), and is managed by RLC. RLC reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to change, modify, add to, or otherwise alter these Terms of Use at any time. Such changes, modifications, additions and/or alterations shall become effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically. Your continued use of this Platform following the posting of the changes, modifications, additions and/or alterations will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms of Use (including the Privacy Policy).

Authorized Use

RLC provides this platform solely to permit you to determine the availability of products and services offered, to make legitimate inquiries and/or to otherwise transact business with RLC, particularly Robinsons Offices, and RL Commercial REIT (RCR), and for no other purposes. The platform is for your personal and non-commercial use; thus, in accessing and using this platform and the services, you agree and acknowledge that you will use the platform and the services only to make legitimate transactions for you or for another person for whom you are duly authorized to act in accordance to this Terms of Use and existing laws and implementing rules; thus, all transactions or requests made shall be presumed to be valid and binding on you or the person you are representing.

You hereby expressly agree not to use this platform to:

• 'Meta-search' this platform and the linked websites owned by RLC, send, or cause to be sent, any automated queries of any sort to this platform, or use this platform in any commercial manner, or access this platform for any commercial gain other than the purpose specifically authorized by these Terms of Use;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise state or falsely misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
• Forge or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any user of the platform including yourself;
• Interfere with or disrupt this platform, or servers, or networks connected to this platform, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to this platform, including using any device, software or routine to bypass the platform’s robot exclusion mechanisms;
• Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, national or international law; and
• Collect, store, distribute, disseminate or in any other manner share any personal data of any other user that you obtained by any means through this platform.

Intellectual Property

Intellectual Property Rights (including, but not limited to the copyright, patent and trademark) in the material contained in this platform belongs to RLC. No part of such materials included may be reproduced, transmitted, downloaded, saved, displayed or used in any manner or for any purpose without prior written authority from RLC.
